You will be provided with a link to download your test form. This will then need to be filled out and returned to our testing facility. You are responsible for the postage costs of delivery to our testing centre as detailed in this document. We cannot be held responsible for failure to receive items that are not sent to us via a recorded or signed-for delivery method. Your results are emailed to your chosen email address within 7 working days of us receiving your sample. You may wish to have your results sent to you via a national postal network which can be provided at an additional cost.
We cannot be held responsible for the damage, loss or theft of samples that have not been received by us.
If you wish to reschedule your test, we will honour your original email up to 12 months following the receipt of your payment. Changing the date of your test does not incur any additional charges within this period.
We are so confident our tests can help you, we offer a 100% guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your results. To be eligible you need to have followed the elimination diet for a minimum of six weeks upon receiving your test results and kept a valid food diary.
The food diary will need to be supplied for examination by our nutritionist before any refund can be processed. If at the end of the six weeks you do not see any improvement in your symptoms, you are entitled to a full refund.
